AP Settings To register the settings: 1. Click on the “AP Settings” button of the main form. 2. The AP settings’ registration form will appear. 3. Click on the “Create new record” button. 4. Fill the fields on the form. 5. Verify entered data. 6. Click on the “Save record” button. NOTE! You can register AP Setting
only once at the beginning of the Affiliate Program. b.
Affiliates To register a new affiliate: 1. Click on the “Affiliates” button of the main form. 2. The Affiliate’s registration form will appear. 3. Click on the “Create new record” button. 4. Fill the fields on the form. 5. Verify entered data. 6. Click on the “Save record” button. NOTE! If a Reference ID is not known you should put 0. c.
Orders/sales/leads To register a new order/sale/lead: 1. Click on the “Sales” button of the main form. 2. The Sale’s registration form will appear. 3. Click on the “Create new record” button. 4. Fill the fields on the form. 5. Verify entered data. 6. Click on the “Save record” button.
d. Payments To register a new payment
manually: 1. Click on the “Payments” button of the main form. 2. The Payment’s registration form will appear. 3. Click on the “Create new record” button. 4. Fill the fields on the form. 5. Verify entered data. 6. Click on the “Save record” button. To
register new payments automatically: 1. Put the dates on the main form. 2. Click on the “Payments Due” button on the main form. 3. The “Payments Report” form will appear. 4. Click on the “Register payments” button. As the result all payments from the table on the report will be added to payments database.

Affiliates To edit an affiliate's record: 1. Click on the “Affiliates” button of the main form. 2. The Affiliate’s registration form will appear. 3. Go to the record you want to edit (See Navigation). 4. Click on the “Edit record” button. 5. Fill the fields on the form. 6. Verify entered data. 7. Click on the “Save record” button. b.

Manually (forms “Affiliates”,”Sales”,”Payments”) 1. Put the record number in the textbox between “Edit record” and “Go to record N” buttons. 2. Click on the “Go to record N” button. As result the data of this record will be displayed on the form. You can use buttons with arrows to move forward/backwards. b.
Automatically (forms “Sales” and “Payments”) 1. Click on the form’s “Maximization” box (square in the top-right corner of the form). 2. Put the Date and/or Affiliate’s ID in the corresponding boxes on the form (right side). 3. Click on the “Display” button. As the result the table on the form will be filled with records with such Date and/or Affiliate’s ID. 4. Double click on the row with the record you are interested in. As the result the record will be displayed on the left side of the form. c.
Automatically (form “Affiliates”) 1. Click on the form’s “Maximization” box (square in the top-right corner of the form). 2. Put the criteria: Name and/or Surname or E_mail or Reference_ID in the corresponding boxes on the form (right side). 3. Click on the “Display” button. As the result the table on the form will be filled with records with such criteria. 4. Double click on the row with the record you are interested in. As the result the record will be displayed on the left side of the form. To sort the data in
the table, click on the column with sorting parameter. AP performance report This report shows volumes of sales, payments to the affiliates, and incomes per given time interval in the following format:
To generate this report: 1. Put the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form. 2. Select type of report (short or full) 3. Click on the button-“AP Performance”. As the result the report's form with the report will appear. Activity of affiliates report This report shows the affiliates' activity according to the criteria: -Attracting to the AP new affiliates, -Generating sales. This report may be in two formats: short and full. The short format is:
The full format in addition has the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID. To generate this report: 1. Put the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form. 2. Select type of report (short or full) 3. Click on the button-“Activity of affiliates”. As the result the report's form with the report will appear. Net structure report This report shows the
structure of the whole affiliate’s net in the following format.
To generate this report: 1. Put the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form. 2. Select type of report (short or full) 3. Click on the button-“Net structure”. As the result the report's form with the report will appear. Payments Due report This report shows how
much the Organizer should pay to affiliates for the given period. This report
also has short and full format. The short format is following:

As the result the report's form with the report will appear. Accounts balance report This report shows accounts of affiliates. The short format
is following:
The full format in addition has the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID. To generate this report: 1. Put the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form. 2. Select type of report (short or full) 3. Click on the button-“Accounts”. As the result the report's form with the report will appear. To print a report in the short format click on the “Print short report” button. To save a report as a text file with the specified delimiter: 1. Select the desired delimiter (semicolon, comma, space). 2. Click on the “Save as text” button. As the result the report will be exported to the file with the name of the report and extension “.txt”. You can import this “.txt” file in to a spreadsheet, for example Excel. To export “.txt” or “.xls” files in to “.apm” files you need the special utility –APM_convertor. Data formats
